Where can I use an out-of-state ID to buy medical marijuana?
Actually very few of them. As part of most state’s laws governing the sale and use of cannabis,you’ll need to have ID registered within that state. That said, there are a few exceptions.

● Nevada
● New Hampshire
● Rhode Island
